Santa Barbara International ShortFest considers volunteers to be crucial to its success. We require the assistance of a dedicated team of volunteers during festival week to ensure that each screening venue provides a world-class film experience. For each festival and related event throughout the year, we depend on the commitment of over 100 volunteers from the local community. Anyone aged 18 or above (16-17 with parental consent) who is willing to put in hard work, problem-solve, and smile continuously is welcome to volunteer.
